Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development manager who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic partnerships to enhance our company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the webcomics industry and a strong track record of cultivating successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Create innovative business and partnership models to drive revenue and audience growth.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, licensing agreements, and revenue-sharing arrangements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the webcomics space.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic planning, preferably within the entertainment, digital media, or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property rights, licensing agreements, and revenue-sharing models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to innovate partnership models to drive growth and revenue.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for webcomics and digital entertainment is a plus
